Shipping and Returns

Delivery Policy

We deliver products Australia wide using TOLL IPEC. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at around 7-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. We currently do NOT accept international orders through our website. For orders from outside Australia, please contact us to arrange.
If you wish to query a delivery cost or enquire about a special order please contact us.

Returns Policy

We do not exchange or refund for change of mind. Where goods are deemed faulty we will exchange or repair the product (please retain your receipt). Please email us at info@pizzaovensqld.com.au within 14 days and we will make arrangements for exchange.
This exchange policy only applies to faulty goods and does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition.
